Is it free to sign-up to Show Swap?
Yes, anyone can create a free profile on www.showswap.com to buy and/or sell products.
How are sellers verified?
Applications are individually checked by Show Swap to ensure transparency. Every store has user-generated ratings and reviews that will help users find the right products.
How much percentage do I get from my sales?
We want you to make as much money as possible - that’s why on Show Swap you get 80% of the final price! As an added bonus we will increase your percentage to 90% after your first $1,000 in sales.
Is my information kept safe?
How does shipping work?
Sellers are responsible for shipping their sold items to buyers. If you're using a shipping or fulfillment service, please keep in mind that you are ultimately responsible for making sure that your buyers receive the item(s) they purchased from your shop.
What happens if my stuff is not selling?
Every user will have access to the Show Swap support team, our weekly blog articles with useful tips and our exclusive user newsletter. Every user will have great resources to maximize their income and get the latest gear!
Can I upload new products too?
Yes! Users can define the level of usage of each product as they are uploaded. You can upload brand new products as well as used ones. Keep in mind that the less use they have the higher you can price them.
How long will my products take to arrive?
Depending on your state of residence shipping can take from 5-10 business days.
How can I track my sales?
Every user will have an account dashboard with information on active products, sold products, total sales amount, percentage tier, search history and messaging history.
Can I return an item?
Every sale on Show Swap is considered final except for new items and items that don’t match the advertised condition. Buyers have up to 30 days to submit a return ticket through firstname.lastname@example.org or directly on our contact form at www.ShowSwap.com
